| John Lewis (CI/CT) has been an interpreter for over 18 years, working in American sign Language, spoken English and spoken French. He has trained interpreters both nationally and internationally. John worked as a coordinator for Deaf way II and served as a content expert for the National Council on Interpreting test development committee. He holds an associates degree in Sign language interpreting from Mesa college of san Diego, a bachelor's in French from San Diego State university, and a master's in linguistics from Gallaudet University. He currently works as a staff interpreter for the Gallaudet University Interpreting Service and serves on the RID Journal of Interpretation Board of Editors. | |
