Carol Fay graduated with a degree in History from U.C. Berkeley in 1977. She has a master's in Teaching Interpreting from Western Maryland College and has been a freelance interpreter for 23 years. Carol has taught over 60 workshops in the New England area in the areas of interpreting, conflict resolution and mentoring. Her current emphasis is in one-to-one process mediation using the Colonomos Model.
