Faculty & Staff

Our faculty consists of a full professor, one associate professor and four full-time ASL instructors. For additional courses, we hire part-time lecturers, like community interpreters, to teach some of the interpreting classes so that information our students receive is always current and always relevant.

The ASL Department is also a host to two Department of Rehabilitation grants: The National Interpreting Education Center (NIEC) and Regional Interpreter Education Center (RIEC).
