Clubs
The Interpreting Club at Northeastern University (ICNU)
ICNU is a student based organization. Made up of interpreting students, ASL students, Deaf students and other Northeastern community members.
ICNU runs several events throughout the year. Some examples from the past year are listed below:
- Mentor/Mentee Dinner
- ASL Festival Guest Speaker
- Deaf Deaf World Social and Event
- Guest Lecturer: Intro to Medical Interpreting
- Guest Lecturer: Working with a Certified Deaf Interpreter
- Gallaudet Panel: Students Who have attended Gallaudet for a semester in lieu of Co-Op
- Co-Op Panel: Students who have worked in the Deaf Community during their Co-Op
