Betsy Winston, PhD

Elizabeth Winston is an educator and consultant in educational linguistics, discourse analysis, and interpreting. She holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Georgetown University and an MA in Linguistics with a focus in American Sign Language from Gallaudet University. She is a consultant in educational interpreting as well as an interpreter.

Dr. Winston teaches courses and workshops in linguistics, interpretation, and educational interpreting nationally, and is currently the director of Project TIEM.Online.
